Built for Demanding Oil & Gas Environments

TYSY products are engineered to perform in high-pressure, high-abrasion, and high-cycle oilfield environments. From the shale basins of North America to onshore desert rigs and offshore subsea platforms, our fluid ends, valve components, plungers, and manifolds serve across a wide spectrum of oilfield applications. Each product line is field-tested, certified, and compatible with global mainstream systems.

  • Shale Gas & Oil Fracturing
    Shale Gas & Oil Fracturing

In horizontal well fracturing operations across the U.S. (Permian, Eagle Ford, Bakken), fluid ends are subject to extreme fatigue due to high pumping cycles and abrasive proppant slurries. Our Super Stainless II™ fluid ends, combined with tungsten-carbide valve seats and reinforced plungers, offer up to 3–5× longer lifespan compared to standard alloy steel components.

  • Land-Based Fracturing & Cementing
    Land-Based Fracturing & Cementing

TYSY products serve global operators performing multi-stage fracturing, acidizing, and cementing in complex geologies. Our improved fluid geometry, optimized flow ports, and fatigue-resistant designs ensure minimal downtime during intensive stimulation jobs.

  • Offshore & Subsea Operations
    Offshore & Subsea Operations

Our corrosion-resistant materials and anti-galling surface treatments are ideal for offshore fracturing, well servicing, and acidizing. Designed for high-humidity, saline, and H₂S conditions, our fluid ends and accessories meet NACE and API standards.

  • Flowback & Reverse Circulation
    Flowback & Reverse Circulation

During flowback, equipment faces velocity erosion and pressure cycling. Our carbide-seated valves, optimized valve cages, and improved sealing systems withstand impact and maintain operational integrity under backpressure fluctuations.

  • High-Pressure Manifold & Frac Tree Systems
High-Pressure Manifold & Frac Tree Systems

TYSY’s high-pressure fittings, plunger blocks, and valve housings are fully compatible with mainstream frac iron systems. Our modular design ensures rapid deployment, interchangeability, and pressure reliability across complex multi-zone setups.
