Engineered for Endurance – Materials, Structure, and Process
Every component we produce reflects our deep understanding of metallurgy, pressure dynamics, and fatigue behavior. From raw material selection to stress dispersion in fluid end bodies, TYSY applies technical rigor to deliver reliable performance across the entire life cycle.
1. High-Performance Materials
Super Stainless II™ Series: Based on 17-4PH and 15-5PH, our upgraded stainless steels offer exceptional corrosion resistance, high fatigue limits, and structural integrity under cyclic loading. Purity & Uniformity: We partner with national metallurgy institutes to control inclusion content, eliminate brittle zones, and optimize grain structure. Tungsten Carbide Integration: Used in valve seat rings and high-impact zones, with 10× the resistance of conventional steel.
2. Structural Engineering
Fatigue-Resistant Cavities: Smooth transitions and refined internal channels reduce stress concentration and extend life in pressure cycling. Damage Transfer Concept: Replaceable sacrificial parts like wear sleeves and plugs are designed to absorb abrasion and protect core bodies. No-Shoulder Valve Seats: Redesigned geometry eliminates vulnerable impact edges, proven to extend seat life by 3–5×.
3. Surface Technology
Plunger Coatings: Options include tungsten carbide, ceramic, DLC, and nitriding. Customizable per fluid type and operating pressure. Hardening Techniques: Heat and surface treatments adapted to seal locations, reducing deformation and enhancing wear resistance. Finish Quality: Surface roughness and micro-hardness are precisely controlled for consistent performance.
4. Sealing & Assembly
Injection-Molded Rubber in Valves: One-shot molding ensures uniform bonding and minimizes erosion under turbulence. Spring Cover + Lantern Ring: Enhanced sealing in valve assembly prevents premature failure under vibration. Packing Material Options: High-performance materials like PTFE, graphite composite, and oil-resistant rubber for multi-media environments.
5. Field-Proven Performance
Over 200 Pumping Hours: In U.S. shale plays, our components have exceeded 200 continuous pumping hours with minimal wear. Client System Compatibility: Fully compatible with Halliburton, SLB, SPM, GD, and other leading frac systems. Third-Party Testing & QA: All data is traceable and available for review, supporting transparent cooperation.
