QWS2500 Stainless Steel Fluid End has become a high-performance choice in the field of fluid transportation with its excellent material selection and process innovation.
In terms of raw materials, its core components are selected from high-quality stainless steels such as 17-4PH and 15-5PH, combined with alloy steels such as 4330V, N-14, and N-22, to build a solid quality foundation. It is particularly worth mentioning that although the cost of the selected stainless steel is twice that of alloy steel, it can achieve a service life of more than 4 times, bringing long-term economic benefits to users.
During the manufacturing process, relying on high-tonnage equipment forging, advanced technology is used to ensure a reasonable forging ratio and grain homogenization, and the ferrite content is strictly controlled to be ≤3%, ensuring the quality of raw materials from the source. The precise process of single-piece forging and single-piece heat treatment further gives the product stable strength and toughness, enabling it to calmly cope with complex working conditions.
In terms of structural design, the fluid end has demonstrated many innovations. The inner cavity adopts optimized designs such as card slot type, lamp cover type, and eccentric bracket type, and after strengthening treatment, the wear resistance and pressure resistance are greatly improved. At the same time, the raw material design improvements of the main accessories, such as the valve body, valve seat, and plunger, form a synergistic effect with the inner cavity reinforcement, significantly extending the overall service life.
In addition, QWS2500 provides a variety of external sizes of 52 inches, 56 inches, and 60 inches, which can perfectly match the mainstream pump trucks in the market and meet various fluid transportation needs with comprehensive advantages.
