QWS2500 Stainless Steel Fluid End Assembly
Raw Material:Selective Assembling, Alloy Steel(4330V,N-14,N-22),Stainless Steel(17-4PH,15-5PH).
High-tonnage equipment forging. Advanced technology ensures forging and grain uniformity, effectively controls the content of harmful iron elements.
Single-piece forging and single-piece heat treatment ensure stable product performance with strength and toughness.
Optimize the internal structure design of the product to enhance its service life. (Slot type, lantern cover type, eccentric support type), Strengthen the internal structure to make it wear-resistant and pressure-resistant.
The main components, such as the valve body, valve seat, and plunger in the improved cavity, have their raw material designs optimized to extend their service life.
Multiple size options (52", 56", and 60") can be matched with various mainstream pump trucks on the market.
The preferred stainless steel can achieve a lifespan that is over four times longer at only half the cost of alloy steel.

During the manufacturing process, relying on high-tonnage equipment forging, advanced technology is used to ensure a reasonable forging ratio and grain homogenization, and the ferrite content is strictly controlled to be ≤3%, ensuring the quality of raw materials from the source. The precise process of single-piece forging and single-piece heat treatment further gives the product stable strength and toughness, enabling it to calmly cope with complex working conditions. ​

In terms of structural design, the fluid end has demonstrated many innovations. The inner cavity adopts optimized designs such as card slot type, lamp cover type, and eccentric bracket type, and after strengthening treatment, the wear resistance and pressure resistance are greatly improved. At the same time, the raw material design improvements of the main accessories, such as the valve body, valve seat, and plunger, form a synergistic effect with the inner cavity reinforcement, significantly extending the overall service life. ​
