QWS3000 Stainless Steel Fluid End is designed for high-pressure and high-emission conditions and is ideal for electric drive fracturing operations. Its core manufacturing uses 15-5PH and 13-8 stainless steel. These two materials give the product excellent high strength and corrosion resistance, and can easily cope with the harsh environment of high pressure and high impact.
In the smelting process, the product uses the medium frequency furnace IM+ACD+LF+VD+ESR composite process to accurately control the ferrite content ≤3%, laying a solid foundation for product performance. In forging and heat treatment, the innovative three-pier three-draw single-piece production mode is adopted, and combined with stress relief aging treatment, to achieve uniform and refined organization, effectively eliminate internal stress, and ensure stable mechanical properties.
In terms of structure, it upgrades the traditional slot type to a lantern type, greatly reducing stress concentration, significantly enhancing fatigue resistance, and extending the service life by ≥35%. After the inner cavity is strengthened, the mechanical stress is reduced, the thermal stress is increased by 35%, and a high hardness layer is formed on the surface, which has both wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant properties, and the service life is increased by more than 30%.
At the same time, its wide range of matching and multi-size accessory designs can meet a variety of operating needs, provide flexible adaptation solutions for different scenarios, and show high efficiency and reliability.
