QWS2800 Stainless Steel Fluid End is a core component specially developed for high-pressure and high-emission working conditions. With its excellent materials and innovative processes, it has become an ideal choice for harsh working environments. Its main body is made of 15-5PH and 13-8 stainless steel. These two high-performance stainless steels give the product excellent high-pressure resistance and corrosion resistance, and are perfectly adapted to the needs of high-stroke and large-displacement operations.
In the manufacturing process, this component integrates multiple cutting-edge processes: the composite process of medium-frequency furnace (IM) + ACD + LF + VD + ESR is used in the smelting stage to strictly control the ferrite content within 3% to ensure material purity and structural stability; the "three-pier three-draw" single-piece production mode is innovatively applied in the forging process, combined with precise stress relief and aging heat treatment to achieve uniform and refined organization, laying a solid foundation for product performance.
In terms of structural design, QWS2800 has undergone a breakthrough upgrade - the traditional slot-type structure has been improved to a lantern-type structure, which thoroughly optimizes the stress distribution, greatly improves fatigue resistance, and extends the service life by more than 35%. After the inner cavity is specially strengthened, the mechanical stress is significantly reduced, and a hard, wear-resistant layer is formed on the surface. At the same time, the corrosion resistance is enhanced. Combined with the characteristics of 35% improvement in thermal stress stability, the service life is further extended by more than 30%, and the double guarantee achieves a leap in durability.
This component has a wide range of adaptability and is compatible with a variety of plunger sizes, such as 3.75 inches, 4 inches, and 4.5 inches. The rich accessory design meets the needs of different operating scenarios and provides efficient and reliable fluid end solutions for high-pressure operations such as electric drive fracturing.
