QWS5000 Stainless Steel Fluid End is designed for high-pressure and high-discharge conditions and is the core component of electric-driven fracturing equipment. It is made of 15-5PH and 13-8 martensitic precipitation hardened stainless steel. With its high strength and corrosion resistance, it can easily cope with high-pressure and high-discharge operating environments.
In the smelting process, the IM+ACD+LF+VD+ESR process of the medium-frequency furnace is used to deeply purify the molten steel, and the ferrite content is strictly controlled within 3%, ensuring the stability of the material structure and laying a solid foundation for the performance of the equipment.
The forging and heat treatment processes are also refined, using the "three-pier and three-draw" single-piece production mode, combined with stress relief and aging treatment, to effectively eliminate internal stress, refine the grain structure, and significantly improve the mechanical properties of the components.
In terms of structure, the traditional slot design is upgraded to a lantern type, which greatly reduces stress concentration, enhances fatigue resistance, and extends the service life by more than 35%. After the inner cavity is strengthened, the mechanical stress is reduced, the thermal stress is increased by 35%, and a high hardness layer is formed on the surface, which significantly improves the wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and increases the service life by more than 30%.
