TWS2250 Stainless Steel Fluid End is a key component with excellent performance in all aspects.
The raw materials are high-quality stainless steel 17-4PH and 15-5PH. Although the cost is twice that of alloy steel, it can achieve more than 4 times the service life, with significant cost-effectiveness.
The production relies on high-tonnage German SIMATO equipment for forging. Advanced technology ensures forging ratio and grain homogenization. The iron content is ≤1. Combined with single-piece forging and heat treatment, it ensures stable product performance and excellent strength and toughness.
In terms of structural design, the inner cavity is optimized to be slot type, lamp cover type, eccentric bracket type, etc., which are wear-resistant and pressure-resistant after strengthening treatment. The raw material design of the main accessories, such as the valve body, valve seat, and plunger in the cavity, is improved to further extend the service life.
It has strong adaptability and is available in 52-inch, 56-inch, and 60-inch sizes, which can match all types of mainstream pump trucks; the plunger size ranges from 3.75 inches to 6 inches, which can meet the needs of different fracturing processes and is a reliable choice for fracturing operations.
